It was a genuinely funny show with well-developed characters and was worth more than it got. You'd have thought they would have tried to promote Dead Like Me more so the fanbase could have been larger and not have ended so early. A third season really would be brilliant, especially with all the unanswered questions to deal with. However, the movie kind of was dreadful. All the characters' differences and Rube's disappearance made it painful to watch and the entire plot line had holes in it (like the reapers not being capable of admitting their existence in the show and the entire film depending on the opposite belief).
