Ok so i have to say the movie wasn’t bad and all, however, i wish they had rube in the movie as well as the original daisy. (didnt really like her acting too much) only daft question i have is, at the end of the movie, what is the symbolism of the sticky notes?

I didn’t have any problems with the DVD at all

yer i do think myself its a bit out of order leaveing it where dlm stands today,
All the actors in dlm are the best by far and by todays standards.
will be in even better things to come aka ellen muth and callum blue

and the rest of the crew i realy think it’s still has not had its day just yet
and will not for AT LEAST 4 more years !!!
i realy think its criminal to leave it at the movie if mgm or any one with
half a brain who is in charge you whould put dlm back a.s.a.p !!!
[just think of all the fans your letting down !!as well as”yourselves”

I didn’t have any problems with the DVD that I can remember.

It would still be very easy for them to bring back Rube and Kiffany. There was no finality to Rube – the reapers were just TOLD what happened to him – doesn’t mean that’s what actually happened. And poor Sarah Wynter – loved her AND Laura Harris as sisters on season 2 of “24″, but Laura put such a stamp on Daisy. Of course, now Laura’s free, too, so why can’t they PLEASE bring it back???

Loved the movie…really loved it. Sarah Wynter never had a chance with “fans,” no matter what she did; but I thought she did a great job. Much as I loved Rube, I really didn’t miss him a bit. My only concerns were that Crystal was totally wasted (not even one line…when it was clearly shown in the series that she knew more than she was letting on); and the complete absence of Kiffany (who also seemed to have more to her than met the eye).

All that said, I still loved it and hope for more.

Except for the manufacturing quality of the disks! OMG! Who was in charge of that?!?! Thre’s the person who should be let go!

Of course I’d love the series to come back, but I’d settle for a resolution. Since Rube was may favorite character, a resolution of his story arc is what I really wanted…which, of course means that this movie didn’t do it for me.

It was great to get some consolation prizes, however…like Regie finally getting some answers about her sister’s status and a reconciliation with her mother. Still, another film with Rube (now that MP isn’t stuck with another gig) would be enough to satisfy my needs.

I loved the show and have looked forward to this movie since it was announced.
but why such poor quality disks if it were a pirated copy and the disks had these problems i would understand (but still complain) my big problem is there was NO publicity on the movie. It was out 2 months before i stumbled on it.

I would hope for a sequel and have been told MGM plans other spin off of tv SHOWS. but IF THEY DONT BACK THE QUALITY OF THE SHOW WITH QUALITY DISKS AND ADVERTISEMENTS HOW WELL CAN THEY EXPECT TO DO

oops sorry about the caps I am a hunt and peck guy and didnt notice it was on. I would rewreite but its after 2am and I have been looking for a site like yours all night.

I was thrilled to something more put out on Dead Like Me. I was worried that the movie would disappoint. It didn’t. Please, please, please! Bring the show back. This is still my favorite TV show.

Well, i haven’t seen the movie, but if the movie is bad, but sells well, then go on with a series! Rewind it, forget about what hapenned in the movie, rube gone, laura gone, we can pretend it didn’t happened at all! =)
